Can I talk to my mentor outside of my scheduled Q&A time?

Out of respect to our mentors’ time, we request that you do not contact your mentor outside of your regularly scheduled Q&A time unless otherwise stated by your mentor. If you have questions throughout the week, make a note of them and bring them up in your weekly Q&A just like you would with a teacher at a brick and mortar school.

If it is very important that you contact them, either to let them know that you may not make it to a class Q&A or make the assignment deadline, you can send them a Private Message, but try to be respectful of your mentor's time and do not expect an immediate response.
