Did you receive my wire transfer, and can I have a receipt?

Wire transfers from outside of the United States can take up to 5 business days for us to receive. If you send a copy of the wire receipt from your bank by attaching it or including it in the body of a student support form request we will send you a statement when we receive the wire.

If your wire transfer is from within the United States we should receive it within 2 business days. Please submit a student support form request to receive a receipt.
